How to Save and Manage Your Resume
Pro subscribers can save a resume to their account and reuse it across evaluations — so you don’t have to paste it in every time.
How to save your resume
There are two ways to save a resume:
- From the evaluation page: paste or upload your resume, then look for the option to save it before or after running the evaluation.
- From your Account page: go to the Resume section and paste or upload your resume directly.
You can paste your resume as plain text or upload a file. Plain text tends to produce the most reliable results — if you upload a file, we extract the text automatically, but complex formatting may occasionally affect accuracy.
Using a saved resume in an evaluation
Once you have a saved resume, it will appear as an option on the evaluation page. Select it to pre-fill the resume field — you can still edit the text before running the evaluation if you want to make role-specific adjustments.
Updating your resume
To replace your saved resume with a newer version, go to your Account page, open the Resume section, and save the updated text. This replaces the previous version — past evaluations are not affected.
