How to Reactivate a Cancelled Subscription
If you have cancelled your Pro subscription but want to continue, you can reactivate it from your Account page. How this works depends on whether your current billing period has ended yet.
Before your billing period ends
If your Pro access is still active (you cancelled but the period hasn’t expired yet), you can undo the cancellation without being charged again:
- Go to your Account page.
- Open the Billing section.
- Click Reactivate subscription.
This resumes your subscription on its existing schedule. Your next payment date and billing cycle stay the same — no extra charge is applied.
After your billing period has ended
Once your Pro access has lapsed, you will need to subscribe again as a new billing cycle. Click Upgrade to Pro from your Account page or from any evaluation result to restart. See: How to upgrade to Pro.
Your data is still there
Your saved resumes, analysis history, and application records are preserved regardless of your subscription status. Nothing is deleted when you cancel or when your period lapses.
