Sign-in Email Not Arriving? Troubleshooting Magic Link Issues
ApplyOrSkip signs you in by sending a secure link to your email address — no password required. If that email isn’t arriving, the steps below should resolve it in most cases.
Check these things first
- Wait a moment. Delivery can take up to two minutes depending on your email provider.
- Check your spam or junk folder. Sign-in emails are sometimes filtered automatically. If you find it there, mark it as “not spam” to avoid this in future.
- Search your inbox for “ApplyOrSkip” or the sender domain
applyorskip.com. - Make sure you entered the correct email. A small typo in the email field is the most common cause of a missing sign-in email.
Request a new link
Sign-in links expire after a short period. If yours has expired, go back to the sign-in page and request a fresh one. Each new request invalidates the previous link.
If the email still doesn’t arrive
- Check with your IT or email administrator — some corporate or university email systems block automated sign-in emails.
- Try a different email address if you have one, to confirm whether the issue is specific to your domain or provider.
- Try a different browser or device — occasionally browser extensions interfere with the sign-in flow.
My sign-in link says it’s invalid or already used
Each link can only be used once and expires after a short window. If you see this message, return to the sign-in page and request a new link. Make sure to click the link in your most recent email — older emails will no longer work.
I can no longer access the email I signed up with
